Reality vs. Fantasy 4/29: Butterfly garden

Another outfit for Angie's Reality vs. Fantasy challenge. I actually wore both versions, so I guess technically it would count as Reality Squared! The "reality" version is the sporty MOTG version with the white sneakers and sporty orange purse. I was inspired to use Keds-like white sneakers after seeing the catalog picture for the cardigan and skirt (aka shameless catalog copy). I wore my butterfly necklace to match the floral/garden theme. I wore it to take DD to school and attend her morning assembly. The "fantasy" version is for a garden party, with wedge sandals and a matchy matchy eyelet purse to go with the eyelet skirt. I wore this version to take a friend out for a birthday lunch.

Halogen floral cardigan
Halogen pink eyelet skirt
Kate Spade butterfly necklace
MZ Wallace Tribeca orange purse/Kate Spade cream eyelet purse
Vans white sneakers/Clarks nude wedge sandals

Oh, both are great looks! The colours are so delicious! I love how a change of shoes and bag can alter the look of an outfit. Nicely done!

I especially love the version with the sneaks. Modern Girly Fabness.

Thanks Rachy, Diane, Cheryl, kkards, Una & Angie!
Yes Una, DH loved this outfit and complimented me on it. He especially loved the ladylike version with the sandals and matching eyelet purse, but like Angie I also liked the fun sporty sneaker version for MOTG.
