WIW 11/29: Bumblebee chevron skirt (7th version)

Here's one more styling version of this skirt to add to my collection:

I didn't realize there were so many different ways to wear yellow and black! This time I paired the skirt with my mustard cowl neck sweater and leather jacket. The yellow in the skirt is a little lighter than the mustard top, but I think it still works. Hope you don't get sick of this skirt. It's one of the few truly stretch waist skirts (as opposed to pencil skirts that I'm still shimmying into) that I own, so it will get a lot of play for 3rd trimester! More versions to come!

Tahari black leather jacket
Pea in the Pod mustard maternity cowl neck sweater
ASOS black and yellow chevron stripe skirt
Mia Nanette black lace-up ankle boots
The Sak black purse
F21 spiked bars bracelet

Another great one Natalie. I wonder what findings this playing with limited subset of your wardrobe you will come out with.

I love mustard and black together. This looks great on you.

You're also evoking a number of personal memories for me: a similar skirt I had once, high school basketball games (our colours were gold and black), a dress I wore on my honeymoon. *sigh of nostalgia*

Looking great, Natalie! Mustard and black look lovely on you. And you in them, of course.

Gotta love yellow with black! Killer with the leather... no killer bee reference there; all compliment. :)
