    Nailed it.

YES! Nice interpretation of the look.

    Very nice, I like it.

  • Tanya replied 7 years ago

Awesome look, so of course you can.

  • AviaMariah replied 7 years ago

Yes! And you are still staying true to your style with a great bag, shoes and accessories.

    Looks great!

This look suits you very well.  Is that a Longchamps bag?  The necklace and top look so great together.

  • rachylou replied 7 years ago

Right out of the pictures :)

  • LACeleste replied 7 years ago

    Love it!

You are tipping me to buy the Paul Greens. You (and the shoes) look fantastic in the dress and the minimalist look!

  • Sara L. replied 7 years ago

Perfect!  I love the necklace and shoes.

  • jill58 replied 7 years ago

Absolutely!  Great necklace and I want those shoes!

Thank so much Angie, Colette, Mirjana, Tanya, AviaMariah, rabbit, Xtabay, Rachy, Celeste, LPR, Sara and Jill! Glad you like my version of minimalism, even if it's not my usual M.O. I am starting to get that minimal does not mean boring and that sometimes less is more! AviaMariah, yes, I realize now that a simple look can still make a strong statement with the jewelry, shoes and bag. LPR and Jill, you should try the shoes! Yes Xtabay, the Longchamp tote I found on eBay--I wanted a metallic horse print version. Bought this a while ago in honor of Jenanded's daughter who loved Longchamp and pearls.

    Outfit deets:
    Trouve sweater
Kut from the Kloth Catherine boyfriend jeans
Paul Green Cayannes (have I even taken them off in the last couple weeks?)
    Madewell necklace
    Longchamp tote

Chiming in after a long absence. This looks great and thanks for a great idea on how to wear my own pair of the exact same shoes :-)

  • replied 7 years ago

Yep. Accessories make the outfit here. Since I live in hot weather, I often rely on jewelry to complete an outfit because a topper is too hot.

Fabulous! A perfect rendition of today's ensemble.

  • Helena replied 7 years ago

    Absolutely! Great shoes.

  • Joy replied 7 years ago

Yes! One of your best ever.

  • Staysfit replied 7 years ago

    Tremendous look for you!

  • Firecracker (Sharan) replied 7 years ago

Of course! The minimal lines and color bring focus to your shoes, handbag, and of course your face. You look beautiful!

  • Firecracker (Sharan) replied 7 years ago

I still like your maximal, matchy-matchy looks, too.

  • krishnidoux replied 7 years ago

Certainly! Everything in here works so well! I love the necklace.

  • Style Fan replied 7 years ago

Love.  This captures my heart.  The shoes are amazing.

  • replied 7 years ago

You can!  And you do!  But the real test is how do you *feel* in it?  Does it satisfy you?

  • catgirl replied 7 years ago

Of course you can! And it's for a working MOTG. I love this kind of outfit, especially since I'm wearing the simplest thing of all, a hospital gown.

I think I'm going to end up getting the Cayennes - all the money I'll save on feminine products will make up for the splurge. :D

Just saw this now and was captivity by it. You are expert at both minimal and maximal looks. Well done! :)

  • Beth Ann replied 7 years ago

Absolutely!  Minimal with a touch of glam.  I've eyed that Madewell necklace -- you made wonderful use of it here!

  • lyn67 replied 7 years ago

Wow, really great, but then where have you left our mitchy matchy maximal GP?:-)

  • Lisa replied 7 years ago

Yes, you sure can pull it off.  And I still see elements of your style in it with the fun detailing on the shoes and the addition of the necklace.  Superb look.

  • Mamavalveeta03 replied 7 years ago

    OMG! Awesome look on you!

  • Jaime replied 7 years ago

    You can do it all!

  • Olen replied 7 years ago

Great look! Love the way the top drapes. The necklace give an interesting touch.
