WIW 6/9-10: White denim MOTG x2

Here are a couple of MOTG outfits using my Paige bootcut white denim jeans and new wedge sandals.
1-5. Took the kids to Music Together.
Gap denim jacket
WHBM blue geometric print tank (only downside was it kept riding up, which was annoying)
Paige Hidden Hills white bootcut jeans
Clarks Woodward Willows nude wedge sandals
Jason Wu for Target straw purse

6-9. DH and I took the kids to a local neighborhood festival.
Kate Spade sunhat (good for keeping the sun off my face)
Ann Taylor Loft green sweater and blue/yellow/green floral shirt (old)
KS orange slice bag
Paige Hidden Hills white bootcut jeans
Clarks Woodward Willows nude wedge sandals
Banana Republic Trina Turk bracelet

You are adorable in that hat! Super stylish MOTG.

  • Kristin L replied 11 years ago

Very nice! I like the denim jacket with the white denim pants.

You are one stylish and fun looking MOTG!

  • christieanne replied 11 years ago

Hope you liked this version of the MOTG formula because you look fantastic on both days. And that you managed to keep white jeans clean and nice for MOTG is a victory! Love the hat. And the Llama :)

You look FAB Natalie! I love the white jeans with the blues featured in the first few photos, and you know what? As soon as I saw photo #6 ...I was totally wowed, in a very good way. I wasn't expecting that all (a very high-style Vogue magazine-ish look to my eye) - super, super stylish!

#6 is like something you'd see in the latest fashion magazines, and it looks *amazing* on you. Very well done - you look like a model!

LOL, Christieanne, I figured out after the fact that white denim is not the greatest idea for MOTG! After walking out in the grass and dirt the hems are all dirty (also because I wore my new Clarks sandals which have a lower heel than the Uggs which I hemmed the jeans for). Oh well, hope it washes out!

  • Jaime replied 11 years ago

Both outfits look fantastic, but the white hem in the grass problem did occur to me. Hope you get the stains out because the jeans look great.

    Wonderful MOTG outfits!

For the stains, try 1 part blue Dawn dishwashing liquid mixed with 2 parts hydrogen peroxide. Apply to stains and let sit for 15 minutes (longer for tough stains), rub, then wash.

So wonderfully summery! Despite the grimy hems, I think the white jeans are fab! You look wonderful. Particularly like the first outfit.

That is you call MOTG!!! its super stylish and chic. Its MWISS (mother who is super stylish)...:-)

Loved your hat and that straw bag.
Also loved the denim jacket. Super casual looks.

Two very "polished" casual outfits! Love the hat!

It looks like you have found your MOTG groove GP. Those are extremely chic and appropriate for a mom out with the kids.

  • replied 11 years ago

Fab looks, and you are such a fun mom! Your kids will have the best memories!

  • Deborah replied 11 years ago

Great looks. That hat is just so glam:). And the green jacket isba favorite of mine, I love seeing you in it. Stunning MOTG!

  • Jonesy replied 11 years ago

You look great--perfect for a MOTG! The white jeans are fab on you, and that hat is really awesome.

  • Suz replied 11 years ago

The hat is perfect for the sunny day you had and I love it with that bag!

YAY for the white jeans look on you! You look very polished but still able to move around comfortably.

White jeans are tough for MOTG. I wouldn't wear them to a park or farm, just too risky. I've worn my skinnies a few times and feel safer in those because the hems don't drag on the ground. That said, you look just fab and the jeans are a spectacular fit for you. I hope the stains come out. I've had to soak mine in oxy a few times to get the city dirt off my back hems.

    KILLER MOTG looks, Natalie.

You score an 11 out of 10!

And you had me with the white jeans :)

  • replied 11 years ago

These are both such fabulous outfits, but I'm sorry to hear the white jeans weren't the most practical thing. I love both top and jacket combos with them SO much! You must have been the best looking MOTG there. :)

  • catgirl replied 11 years ago

Love these looks - the one with the hat is straight out of Vogue! I could never do white for MOTG, but you obviously managed. You could swap out for another jeans color to be more practical if you needed, maybe grey? Anyway, I think these looks are just what you needed!

  • Astrid replied 11 years ago

Love both looks! Perfect MOTG. I really like that hat on you!

  • rae replied 11 years ago

I somehow missed this - you are assimilating your wardrobe to MOTG activities so easily! And to think just a few days ago you were worried that everything was too dressy. I love how you take a very practical thing like a sun hat and yet make sure you have a fun, jaunty sun hat. :)
