WIW 7/6-13 My week on call

I'm playing catch-up with my WIW's--I got busy when I was on call earlier this month and didn't have time to post these earlier. These are all work outfits. I went with flats or low heeled pumps this week since I was running around the hospital all week. Having fun making up catchy titles for my outfits, so you won't get bored (since you've seen some of these outfits before).

1. 7/6 Newspaper (ie, what's black and white and red all over)
White House Black Market red cardigan, hibiscus skirt, black pendant and red snake bag
H&M black tank
Clarks black Mary Jane pumps

2. 7/7 Snakes and Fish in the Garden
Missoni for Target floral blouse
Adriano Goldschmied ivory skinny jeans
All Black fish bow pumps
Marc by Marc Jacobs dotty snake bag

3. 7/8 Pair of Diamonds

Only Mine teal cowl neck cashmere sweater
Anthro mustard and teal diamond pattern belt
Gap red trousers
Fossil red diamond satchel
Clarks brown pumps

4-6. 7/9 Happy Birthday with a Cherry on Top!

WHBM red cardigan (yes, I kept the cardigan on the whole time!), black pendant and red snake bag
Ebay black and red cherry print sundress
Stuart Weitzmann black Giveable ballet flats

7. 7/10 Pretty as a Peacock

9. 7/13 Salted Caramel (I already posted this one, but here it is in sequence)

Great week! I wish I looked half this good on call. You are rocking those red trousers! Just wondering, do you worry about wearing open toed shoes at work? I always thought they were a no-no in the hospital but I would love to wear them in the summer!

Thanks Vildy, Ramya, Shannon & KathyL! This was a more pants-heavy week than usual. I typically stick to dresses and skirts most of the time. Kathy, I don't often typically wear open toed shoes to work, but since I have to wear shoe covers anyways whenever I'm doing procedures, I figured I could get away with it.

Natalie, you are really honing your style! 1, 2, and 8 are blowing me away! And your daughter is going to be the spitting image of you. I swear she gets more beautiful with each passing day. ;) DS is no slouch either! I want to pinch their cheeks!

You are the cutest, prettiest, most romantic, well dressed and girly Doc on call in the Universe. VERY impressed!

I would be VERY impressed if you showed up at my bedside!! They are all fab, but I am particularly taken with #7 and #8. They aren't your usual dress/skirt, but still so flattering and fab :-)

Great week and belated Happy Birthday!!!!!

Oooh a feast of fabulousness. I'm a big fan of Newspaper I and II.

All are marvelous, Natalie. I, too, am partial to #7 and #8.

Such great looks! Your patients are lucky to have such a stylish doc!

  • Sveta replied 11 years ago

Natalie, they are all great, hard to pick a favorite here. I especially like the cherry dress, and peacock top, and salted caramel, and...all of them actually!

Wow these are all fab outfits, but I am impressed you were wearing such lovely duds on call! #7 and #8 made me "ooooh" right out loud. I would love to see you wear more of those silhouettes in the fall!!
