WIW Potato chips: VC tube skirts and Pleione blouses

The Vince Camuto tube midi skirt has become my new Halogen seamed pencil skirt (which I have in red, yellow and green). So comfy, and good for work and MOTG. They're like potato chips--I can't stop at just one! I had one VC tube skirt that I bought last year that I wore even while pregnant, a black one (which I can't find at the moment unfortunately). When they were on sale this year I couldn't resist picking up 5 (!) more. Which one do you like best?
Same with this flowy Pleione mixed media blouse--had to get two solids and a print. When you find something that fits your style and lifestyle well, it's hard not to duplicate, or triplicate, or quintuplicate! The more, the merrier! Do you stock up in different colors/patterns too when you find an item you love?

You are gonna give MaryK a run for her money with your own pencil skirt rainbow! When you find what works, why fight it? I love how the tapered hem works with loser tops.

Ok I want all the pieces in the red skirt outfit!!! Praying they mail to Norway or India. Either or both will do :D

Yeah, if something works, I don't think duplicating is a bad idea at all. You look great in these!

you wear that tube skirt like it was made just for you! other than tee shirts, i don't buy multiples, not really sure why, i'll need to think about why this is.

Even though you have duplicated this skirt, you have made different looks with them, each looking gorgeous on you. You have found your "uniform" and it looks polished for work but comfortable enough for your home life with small children.

Love the first one with the mix of black and white patterns. You look great!

Those skirts are fab for you Natalie. I have two (the smaller black/white stripe version and the blue/white floral version).

You look great in those skirts!  I need some drapey blouses and hopefully will be able to find a couple good ones this fall.

You look spectacular in these!!  I see why you have duplicated. A classic, clean style that plays so well with your wardrobe. AND it works so well on you!

Perfect skirts for you and you look so good in them. I think you're smart to duplicate a winning formula.

  • Raisin replied 10 years ago

I guess, if it works, then buy it in multiples!  haha!  Well this skirt does look great on you.  I think I love the blue one best, the color is so gorgeous!

The skirt looks great on you and you style it so many ways that it doesn't look duplicated. My favorite is the first, the bold stripes.

  • cobaltblue replied 10 years ago

I agree that these don't even look like duplicates. Love the stripes the most!

  • Suz replied 10 years ago

When the skirt fits, wear it! I think these are fabulous, and no wonder you love them.

  • Kari replied 10 years ago

Me too! I have several colors, and a striped Bobeau skirt that is cut identically and is also lined. Why pass up the chance to duplicate a great pencil skirt when you and I wear them so often?

    They look marvelous on you.
