WIW 10/15: NAS plaid sweater, navy lace pencil skirt and burgundy rain boots

So fun to see my plaid sweater twin Janet's post with her arty rugged moto version:

Here's
a totally different vibe: preppy ladylike office version! It was raining, so
out come the burgundy patent rainboots and matchy matchy burgundy patent
quilted hearts satchel. Pic taken at the end of the day so the shirt is pretty rumpled.

    Wow , another stunning look from you !  I love this mix of preppy and pretty, knit and lace , navy and wine. I particularly love the patent bag and boots - you've given me inspiration for a new colour combo to try this week.
