WIW 11/3: Dancing queen: disco ball, gold glitter and leopard

I guess after posting my 2012 party outfit (http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....ts-edition), I'm in a party mood today!

I wore this MOTG outfit to take DD to ballet and the kids to the park afterward. It's a version of a Christmas gift my mom gave to me:

This outfit really reminds me of my mom's sparkly glam style, and since I've become more accepting of her style (see this update: http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....moms-style) I thought I'd pull this out in her honor. It's a little fancy looking, but it's still essentially a MOTG outfit--skinnies, ballet flats and cardigan. Just a little sparkle, dancing queen style! And I kept thinking "disco ball" when I put the glitter tank over my belly bump--can you dig it?

INC gold glitter and black striped cardigan
Calvin Klein black sparkly tank
H&M black maternity skinny pants
Stuart Weitzmann leopard ballet flats (to match the gold and black cardigan)
WHBM black pendant (also sort of like a disco ball)
Le Sak black purse
Black and silver bangle

I can dig it! You look adorable! You are doubtless the sparkliest MOTG on the block!

    Natalie,
This is a super fun MOTG outfit, and I love your adorable "disco ball" tummy in it!
    Carry on with the party!

    May I just say....
I've always loved all your posts, and you have a beautiful sense of style. Usually I see pictures of you photographing yourself in the mirror, so I'm used to seeing you with a look of concentration on your face. But that smile!! You look so light and happy in #1 & #2. So nice to see. :)

I too thought the disco ball was your tummy. This look is too cute. You go!

Thanks MaryK, Parsley, Atlantia & Day Vies! Atlantia, it's true, I rarely have regular pics because it always feels like I'm twisting DH's arm to take my pic, but they come out so much better than my mirror pics! If I had more time I would try a tripod.

The disco ball tummy made me giggle all day!

Love this look - the stripes, the lord, the glitter - cool.
