WIW 1/9 & 1/10: Yellow raisin & Bee blouse

Monday: featuring the Halogen yellow raisin skirt. Also a sleeveless stripey shell from Nordstrom--I can't remember who suggested I pair it with the yellow raisin skirt but it looks great together! Cognac leather jacket on top. Fossil bag AND tan Fossil pumps to match the jacket. I had to snap these Fossil pumps up, because I love the buckle on the front, the sturdy heel, comfy padded insole, and it was only $60. Plus the best part--the lining matches my Fossil floral bag exactly! How COOL is that? I had to get them in all three colors (black and russet reddish brown)! Do you like it untucked or tucked with the Forever 21 elastic belt? (I started out belted like #2 but ditched the belt midday because it kept riding up).

Tuesday: I felt a bit frumpish in this outfit today. Not sure why--maybe it's the waist surrender plus cardigan? Or maybe because it's the office equivalent of loungewear (swap a T shirt for the blouse and I could be bumming around the house)? Emerson Made cream pussybow blouse with bees and crowns pattern, red Old Navy rockstar jeggings, and ballet flats. I wore the bronze Born flats but not sure if the black is better or too matchy? Red Fossil tote and red and cream cuff bracelet from White House Black Market.

What's frumpy you fab little thing? You look so great both days! I love the first outfit with the blouse tucked! Perfect colored jeans outfit. I am going to have to steal it on Friday!

Wow, you look amazing. Both stellar outfits!

Both cute outfits! I like both #1 and #2, looks good both ways to me (#2 is a bit more ALGO). I like the second outfit too. Do you have a black leather jacket? That could look fun with that outfit. LOVE your jewelry in 9/10!

I like Monday's outfit tucked, but I think I prefer it without the belt. (But maybe it's because I have ALL these pieces! Except the belt......and the shoes......I'm so going to copy you!!!!)

Tuesday, I like the black shoes. And I don't see frump at all.....Tuesday is great!

I love the yellow raisin skirt on you - YAY! It looks great with the top and jacket, and I especially love it tucked. Isis has a good point about leaving off the belt if it is too uncomfortable.

I see a little hand waving to us in the corner of photo #3!
    *waving back* :)

There is nothing frumpy about the second outfit. Love the red pants and bumble bee top!

I LOVE outfit #1 tucked with the belt, definitely. What a cute double-belt number! Too bad it rides up. Perhaps you need to size up?

Outfit #2 is darling - not frumpy. I can see why you might feel like it is - the cardigan and blouse are the same length, and on their own are pure safe classics. The red skinnies with flats might feel more casual to you than your usual bombshell look. I think the red bag adds a little oomph, though. All in all, super nice! :)

Yay! I like the first outfit tucked, but you can go without the belt if it rides up.
If you *felt* frumpy in the second outfit, try swapping out the cardi for a structured jacket, even a blue denim would work, if that's office appropriate for you. I LOVE the jewelry you chose and those new shoes are FABulous! You must place shoes and bag next to each other in your closet now that they have *found* each other again (after being separated at birth, ya know).

Absolutely no frumpiness here! You look great. I love both outfits, particularly #1.

A leather jacket with #2 would toughen it up a bit and maybe give that outfit the edge you're looking for.

    Great jewelry!

Fab Natalie - both outfits. I like #1 tucked best, but it works both ways. And I'm crazy about the bee blouse/coloured pants outfit.

Your little one is so adorable!

OMG - beautiful boy! And what an ADORABLE hat! I didn't know SF weather gets cold enough for a winter hat. That one looks so warm and wintry. Or perhaps it's just for the cuteness factor...? ;) Ahhh...darling.

Oh, the little penguin is adorable! I like #1 tucked best. CUTE shoes! And your second outfit is great, too - not frumpy in the least.

Joining the chorus - #1 tucked takes the cake!
